Berliner Weisse with Lime and Mint
Sooner or later, but finally this happened! Yes, we made a mojito-styled Berliner Weisse. Lime and mint, characteristic of this cocktail, fit the sour base of berliner perfectly. We make it traditionally, mixed-fermented, pretty sour and true. No off-flavours, just simple and perfect. Slightly more dry than it’s cocktail twin, lighter on the alcohol side, a perfect refresher while the days are still warm.
