Imža: Malina i bazilik

Many of you liked our first raspberry Berliner weisse, so we decided to continue the Imža series with yet another raspberry variety. And again, we pair this berry with something unusual, so this time it’s fresh basil. This is a very popular combination among manufacturers of drinks and desserts, which guarantees a bright mix of smells and tastes. Raspberries add pronounced sweetness and acidity, and basil, thanks to the high content of essential oils and tannins, – specific fragrant and spicy notes. The result is a pink beer with a pleasant aroma of berries and spices, restrained sour raspberry flavor and amazing freshness of the basil in the aftertaste.
