We are pleased to announce our new series named Kava. As the name implies (“kava” – Belarusian for “coffee”), it is a beer with various types of coffee based on our beloved sticky and warming imperial stout. The first one is Kenya Endebess. This is Kenyan coffee from the Trans-Nzoia region, grown on an Endebess farm at an altitude of about two thousand meters. It is a micro-lot, i.e. collected from one plot of land, and sold in a limited volume. This variety has a bright taste with notes of chocolate, berries, dried fruits and light notes of spice. All these undertones of coffee grased our stou beautifully. They go oh so well with a pronounced roasted base, soft warming body and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
