Double IPA — classic beer style, one of the world craft beer revolution engines. Always strongly hopped with intense bitterness, bright aroma, complex maltiness, full-bodied and notably strong.
Lichamanka: Mosaic — our variation of DIPA brewed with one type of malt and one type of hops — Mosaic. It is all-purpose variety that can be used on every step of brewing process. As a result we have goldish-amber beer with expressive tropic fruit aromatics, light sweetness in malty flavor and long lasting bitterness in aftertaste.
Why «Lichamanka»? Hops acids and oils have a great impact on beer properties: some give bitterness, others contribute in both flavor and aroma. But these components are important not only in brewing. Sometime bitter hops infusion was used for treatment a malaria disease, or in Belarusian – «Lichamanka».
