Lichamanka: Simcoe
Single Hop Double IPA
In our hop-forward beers we try to use the freshest varieties from the most famous and high-quality trader — Yakima Chief. So we decided to finally make a new Lichamanka with Simcoe hops of the latest harvest. This is a variety well known to beer geeks. All over the world Simcoe is used to make the beer taste bitter and full-bodied. But as always with our DIPA series, we try to make it as juicy as possible, with a bright taste and without harsh bitterness. We hope to deliver Simcoe’s best right to your glass: notes of tangy grapefruit, apricot, melon, as well as light piny and earthy tones. The result is our everbright double IPA — strong and fragrant.
