Lichamanka: Vista
Double IPA
If you haven’t had time to taste new American hops called Vista, now seems like just the right time, as we’ve brewed a new West Coast-style Double IPA Lichamanka with it. And to make this tasting even more interesting, we additionally hopped our DIPA at the very beginning of fermentation. This addition of hops initiates a process known as biotransformation, where the yeast actively interacts with the various chemical components of the hops, making the appearance more hazy and the taste of our IPA even brighter, with accentuated aromas of melon, guava and a light resinous piney aftertaste. Well, this is interesting!
