Maladzik: Cabernet & Merlot

During the grape harvest season, we managed to get the freshest juice of fragrant Moldovan Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. To better convey this fleeting late-summer-turns-to-indian-autumn time, we brewed a traditional Belgian saison and added grape juice to it during the fermentation stage. That is why our new Maladzik is, in fact, a blend of saison and young wine. Filled with aromas of summer meadow honey, sweet wild strawberries and freshly cut grass, each glass of Maladzik is a journey back to the late summer heat.
