Raspberries is a no brainer when it comes to fruiting a Berliner Weisse. These berries fit the tart and refreshing crusher perfectly. Especially since our historical Berliner Weisse is a stunning beer on its own – fermented with our house blend of yeast, lactobacilli and Brettanomyces, then rested in oak barrels for some time. The result is a beer we dream to share with you on a warm spring evening, everywhere.
