Pavaloka: Citra

A new one from our triple New England IPA series, this time hopped exclusively with the super aromatic American Citra hops. Our Pavaloka is hazy yellow, like a desert sun, smells wonderfully of Spanish citrus gardens and cedar groves, while its noticeable strength takes the breath and and blurs the eye. The taste is super juicy, refreshing, with sticky notes of lemon jam, fresh mango, guava and lychee puree, hints of lemon balm and lime zest. Warm tones of vanilla and restrained hop bitterness in the aftertaste round the beer up beautifully. Oh, to those anxious, restless summer nights!
