Pavaloka: Citra & Sabro
Triple New England IPA
In our search for the perfect combination of hops, we decided to test the all-star pair of Citra and Sabro on the Triple New England IPA Pavaloka. We teamed up one of the most popular hops in the world – the wonderful Citra – with our favorite Sabro – a native of the New Mexico highlands. Combined with a thick orange-coloured base of juicy and hazy IPA, they create a unique palette of fresh tangerines, apricot kernels with light hints of sweet coconut ice cream and a slow vacation by the sea, southern or a very close one.
