Pavaloka: Galaxy

Galaxy is one of the most sought-after and popular hops right now. Its history began 20 years ago, when breeders decided to cross European and Australian species with a high content of alpha acids. The result was a new hop with a rich palette of tastes that appear differently depending on the base beer. Galaxy has brought a strong melon aroma and expressive citrus and mango notes to Pavaloka (for “veil” in Belarusian), our luxurious triple hazy IPA. All of this, together with an opaque yellow color, white silky and so creamy foam, a rich warming taste with a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, create a memory to last.
