As we continue to explore the freshest hops of the Southern Hemisphere, this adventure wouldn’t be as exciting without Nelson Sauvin’s exceptionally outstanding 2021 harvest. For one of New Zealand’s most unusual breeds we’ve chosen Pavaloka, our Triple New England IPA. The aroma of juicy ripe peaches, the taste of sweet muscat wine, the breathtaking color of freshly squeezed juice under a snow-white head of foam, so similar to soft whipped cream, create a harmonious combination of richness and drinkability. The craftiness of our triple New England IPAs has never been so fresh and engaging.
