Pavaloka: Sabro

Oh boy do we love hazy IPAs endlessly, as much as all the beergeeks out there do! Therefore, we decided to make another series of NEIPA – a triple version this time. Even more hops, even more haze, more ABV and so much more flavor!

The name of the third series continues the concept of the previous ones: “mroiva” (meaning haze, mirage), “smuha” (meaning haze, fog), and now – “pavaloka” (shroud, turbidity). These words describe perfectly the appearance of beer related to natural phenomena, but also the possible state after drinking it. “Pavaloka” is as beautiful as it can get with it;s opaque yellow colour, bright smell of hops and a noticeable strength. We decided to use Sabro hops, which in an incredible way combines notes of coconut, citrus, stone fruits and herbs. Wild hops for a crazy brew!
