Poklič: Chatni

When we talk about experiments with historical Belarusian beer, we immediately recall that for Malanka it all started with Poklič. Back in 2019, at the very beginning of our brewery’s history, we brewed beer entirely from Belarusian ingredients: Minsk water, Slutsk yeast, Ivanovo malt and Malaryta hops. Now we are returning to this experiment with all our technical experience. The revised recipe, the freshest Belarusian hops, precise control of the fermentation temperature and long lagering make this brew an excellent example of what historical Belarusian beer could be in a modern technological version. The subtle aromas of dried wildflowers and cloves, the light taste of freshly baked bread, pleasant bitterness and a radiant golden color turn every glass of our House Poklič into a real historical journey.
