Dry-hopped Saison
Saison is a style of thousand words and nuances. But there are some similarities among most of them: phenolic aromas produced by unique yeast, a pungent hop profile to go with it. So, while giving this saison its time to rest, we decided to dry hop it with two American hop varieties – El Dorado and Simcoe. Juicy floral and even some tropical aromas give this beer a new, perhaps fifth, dimension of taste, so you can crack open a cold one and trip away to the unknown realms of Believing in Saison.
