Pramień is our own little wild thing. Fermented with brettanomyces, aged in wine barrels, it’s our way to leave the known path of clean fermentation into the lesser-known realms, but somewhat closer to nature. This time we decided to add some more wilderness to the brew and dry-hopped it additionally with Sabro hops, which originated from autochtonous american wild hops. We get aromas of coconut cocktail, cedar wood, mint oil and green tea. All of that under the soft pillow of foam, with subtle acidity and great thirst quenching qualities. That’s one to enjoy!
