Capturing calm beauty and tranquility of a warm summer day is not an easy task, as summers are fleeting. Capturing it in a single beer is a challenging mission. So here we are, locking a single summer day in a small glass bottle of beer. We brewed this one a while ago, in a midst of spring, with freshly picked dandelions, for which we drove far from busy roads and into abandoned fields to get the most fragrant flowers. Then long fermentation with a blend of wild and saison yeast strains followed. After that, we aged our Pramien (“Sunbeam”) in oak wine barrel, where it spent its second summer. When bottled, we left it to rest and get those tiny bubbles in the process of natural carbonation, so for the third summer this tiny saison was locked in a bottle. Finally, the time has come to share it with you, and we really hope you enjoy it as much as we do, with its mild acidity, delicate funk, straw golden color, bursting aromas of wild flowers, fresh honey and dried hay. A summer day in a bottle indeed!
