Finally, the time has come, and we’ve decided that our lagering program deserves a name that reflected the essence of these special brews for Malanka. Ručaj (“The Creek”) is a creature that stands at the very origins of brewing. Cold forest springs carry moisture to the barley fields. Aromatic hops grow along them, in the shade of sprawling willows. And, of course, the heart of our lagers is water, clean, soft, unique in its locality. As always, a reliable strain of lager yeast, long aging at low temperatures and attention to every little detail in the process combine to create a wonderfully balanced Czech-style 11 Plato Adzinacatka for you, for us, for every lover of clean, crisp, refreshing lagers.
