Smoked Tomato Gose with Jalapeño
Our Salsa series is all about thick and hot tomato beers, which taste like spicy sause. This time we loaded it with jalapeño peppers. A popular Mexican variety, it’s moderately hot, building it up gradually. Jalapeño goes perflectly well with smoky dishes, that’s why our new salsa bursts with smoky flavour, while additions of garlic and black pepper add a dash of umami we all love in this kind of drink.
