Smoked Tomato Gose
Another Salsa, and it’s another fascinating trip to a distant country. This time we chose famous Indian curry dish, so we added smoked paprika, chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin, ginger and many other spices in small quantities to our usual thick tomato base. The result is an aromatic and rather spicy drink, salty-sweet, thick and warming. Real curry in your glass!
