Saĺsa: White Habanero

At the end of the year, our exceptional series of spicy, juicy, unusual tomato gose is getting lit up with a special new variety. The long-awaited collaboration with our talented friend Dzmitry Herasimau, the magician of burning flavors and the master of exotic superhots. Especially for us, he brought up several bushes of rare white habaneros – less hot than ordinary habaneros, highly aromatic, with almost tropical fruit flavour. We added a carefully prepared mash of fermented peppers to our usual tomato base, but decided to keep it simple and subtle to allow the magical, unique and delicate flavors of the white habaneros shine through the wave of umami. Real white magic is born in warm friendly collaborations!
