Sciuža: Barbe Rouge

Sciuža is a series of crispy Cold IPAs that we cold-ferment like lagers, but brew and hop like all of our IPAs. This time, a very rare variety – the French hop Barbe Rouge – is responsible for that classical generous hopping. The clean and refreshing taste of our Sciuža is pleasantly complemented by the aromas of sweet rose and magnolia flowers, raspberry sorbet and candied lime, all the while bright bitterness does not allow us to forget that this is, after all, a real IPA.
