Slodyč

We are launching a new series of super high ABV and pleasantly sweet beers. Slodyč is our homage to imperial pastry stouts – strong, thick and sticky, just like your favourite dessert, you name it. To start with the basics, we desided to avoid any adjuncts this time – be it berries, fruits or confectionery, but went with a large dose of lactose. This beer is as black as the night, with a thin brown foam, a complex aroma with hints of coffee, chocolate and roasted barley, as well as a sweet taste of chocolate, vanilla and roasted nuts.
