Slota: Simcoe
Belgian-style IPA
Our Belgian-style IPA series named Slota gets another one in it’s family! The wonderful Belgian yeast do their thing, and this IPA comes out super aromatic, just maybe even over aromatic. And the latest crop of Simcoe comes right in with its incredible bitterness, over-the-top piney aroma, some ground pepper, and cloves, and, well, unripe apricots. If you think belgian beer is not your thing, you should definitely try this one. Maybe it will be your first step to loving goût belge.
