Most often, we make our New England IPA single hopped to emphasize the features of the hops. But sometimes we get away from this concept. This time we used Citra and El Dorado in our “Smuha” series. But why did we choose such a pair? They are pretty different in their characteristics, but the one thing they have in common is genes from wild American hops. In our beer those distant relatives came together to share the best of their qualities in the final beer: citrus aromas intervine with notes of lemon balm and lime zest from Citra, while El Dorado bursts with tropical-berry flavor and hints of watermelon, pear and pineapple. Together with our signature haziness and fantastic colour we bring you this multifruit juice to enjoy in a gentle spring sunshine.
