Suchaviej: Mosaic

After a long break, Suchaviej is back! We usually hop our strong Brut Sour IPA with “wine” hop varieties Nelson Sauvin or Hallertau Blanc, but this time we decided to stray from familiar paths and used the legendary Mosaic hops for brewing and dry hopping. It brought to our “sparkling” IPA aromas of local garden berries, spring wildflowers and lemongrass, which suit it very well. Extra dry, strong and incredibly sparkling Suchaviej is exactly the IPA that elegantly combines the flavors of beer, white wine and refreshing bruts.
