Kveik DIPA × Collaboration with Selfmade Brewery
At the end of January we visited our Moscow friends from the Selfmade Brewery for a collaboration brew. The result of our collab was a double IPA, fermented by kveik – Norwegian farmhouse yeast, which creates a lot of fruit esters and adds interesting aromatic nuances. To emphasize these bright tropical notes even more, we added fresh hops – the popular Mosaic and Citra.
