Trasca: Centennial
Triple IPA
A classic American style, a classic American hops. Centennial – the legend of modern brewing. It has an intense citrus smell with bold lemon notes, some spring flowers and fresh spicy herbs that play so well in a West Coast IPA. We used the freshly harvested Centennial in our new Trasca and tried to extract all the hop goodness, while leaving the beer drinkable, bright, with that pleasant juicy bitterness and Zen-like balance. It’s a beer for the thinkers, for the doers, for the dreamers, and we definitely like it.
