Vyraj: Huava, kivi i kardamon

We decided to focus on two tropical fruits in our new double milkshake – guava and kiwi. Both fruits have a bright taste with hints of pine, pineapple and strawberry. These aromas blend wonderfully with a base of sticky sweet milkshake, creating pleasantly balanced cocktail.

The beer is completely hazy, while a mouth-watering copper-pumpkin color makes you think this is a real guava juice. The smell is expressive and refreshing, with tones of guava and kiwi, as well as light notes of cardamom, added right before kegging the beer to create another accent in this tropical punch. The taste is warming, sweet, slightly tart, with hints of aloe and pine, which are especially noticeable in the kiwi skin (yes, we added the whole kiwis!). The aftertaste shows a slight hop bitterness and gently warms you up. Ok, can this be more tropical?
