Zavieja: Enigma & Sabro
Double New England IPA
While searching for interesting hop combinations for our Zavieja series of New England Double IPAs, we came across a highly aromatic crop of Australian Enigma hops, which we decided to pair with our favorite Sabro. Together, they created an amazing drink with a light aroma of white vermouths, chocolate-galzed coconut candies and tropical soda with vivid notes of passion fruit. A real exotic miracle!
