Zavieja: HBC 472 & Medusa
Double New England IPA
With the new one in our Zavieja series, we again turn to the real pearls of hop breeding of the last ten years – the brightest representatives of the wild American neomexicanus autochthons Medusa and HBC 472. A combination born in heaven, perfectly complementing each other with the aromas of lightly roasted coconut flakes and vanilla-rich bourbon barrels, juicy lime, sugary melon and resinous cedar wood. It’s all wrapped in thick, hazy shell of our Double New England IPA and neatly topped with a delicate, creamy foam.
