Zavieja: Sabro & HBC 1019
Double New England IPA
In Zavieja, our Double New England IPA, we usually combine two hop varieties that complement each other in interesting ways. And this time we’ve got a really cool pairing of the incredibly fresh Sabro and HBC 1019. What’s also interesting is that the two varieties are wild var. Neomexicanus relatives, loading our treacherous hazy IPA with all the bright flavors of coconut you can think of – velvety coconut ice cream, roasted coconut pulp and fantastically refreshing coconut water. Never stop!
