Zavieja: Sabro & HBC 630
Double New England IPA
Our new hazy and juicy Zavieja is once again a mixed-hop Double New England IPA, and once again neomexicanus hops is the king here. First one — Sabro — is of great hype right now. It’s delicate, it’s complex and super aromatic. Huge aromas of coconut, cedar wood, mint tea are coming from Sabro. The new experimental HBC 630, only starting it’s expansion, is responsible for bright cherry and raspberry aromas. Isn’t that a trick?
