Zavieja: Zappa & Talus
Double New England IPA
That’s a new one for us, and we are pretty excited. While all of our previous Double New England IPAs where exclusively single-hopped, this one is a beautiful mixture – a beautiful pair of Zappa and Talus go along the way. Zappa is a pure neomexicanus, autochthonous american hops native to arid mountain areas of New Mexico. Talus is related, but a breeded hop variety brought to life by Hop Breeding Company. And their combo is a stunner – big coconut, roasted peanuts, sage and mint leaves, some crazy citrus maybe. We can’t wait to share it with you!
