Zmrok: Maločny

Fashion for pastry stouts pushed us to try ourselves in this direction. But we decided to go our own way and to balance the sweetness of the drink. In addition to loads of hops we threw in the kettle, which shades creaminess and coffee aftertaste of the stout with bright and prolonged bitterness, we conditioned it on oak chips pre-infused with Portuguese brandy. Light oak undertones make the beer taste even more complex and multi-faceted. This stunner gives birth to our series of strong and conditioned stouts, which we decided to call Zmrok.
