Zolak: Galaxy & Enigma

Grisette is very rare, nearly extinct and surrounded by legends. Believed to be the beer of miners, this little sister of saison is clocking at just below 4% ABV. Usually brewed with wheat, we opted that out for oats and loaded with Australian hops Galaxy and Enigma, together with a dash of New Zealand Pacific Gem . Together with more traditional saison aromas you get some guava, pineapple and hops (yes, sometimes hops smell of hops). It’s super refreshing, super crushable, super Belgian and super Oceanic.
