Pavietra: Idaho Gem

Spring air smells special. To be honest, we wait the whole year for those aromas of fresh evenings, when it is not quite dark and still pretty cold. Unfortunately, there are not enough words to describe these unusual aromas, similar to the smell of a lemongrass breeze, slightly salty water of the northern seas and subtle, almost transparent shades of thyme flowers.
