Pramień: Cuvée 2020

Sometimes the simplest of things we enjoy the most. This iteration of our barrel-aged brett saison is just that – brewed with aged hops, fermented with our blend of yeast and Brettanomyces, single fresh barrel from the region of Rioja to hold it for millions of seconds, summing up to a whole year in oak. Unblended, straight from the barrel to the bottle for refermentation to create countless tiny bubbles, with aromas of gentle Sauvignon Blanc and elderflower water. This is wine in a world of beers, one of a kind, beautiful in its simplicity and balance.
