Salsa is back! We know you’ve been waiting for it. And it’s coming back in a rather unusual way, because this time we were inspired not by the signature sauces, but by the true gold of the Eastern Slavs – borscht. The new Salsa is, first and foremost, the tomato gose that everyone loves, so unusual flavors don’t dominate, but complement it. We loaded our slightly smoked tomato base (as if cooked with a juicy broth) with beetroot paste, sweet onions, allspice, black pepper, aromatic bay leaf, a drop of cumin and coriander, because what kind of borscht is there without a warm piece of rye bread. And Malanka wouldn’t be Malanka if we didn’t add a dash of superhot goodness to the Salsa in the form of one-of-a-kind Ghost Pepper. A real fiery borscht in your glass!
