Smoked Tomato Gose
With our new tomato gose we dive into Korean cuisine, famous for it’s combination of spicy and fermented foods. One of the most famous sauces in Korea is Gochujang – a mix of fermented soy beans, rice and hot chili peppers in high concentration. Historically kept outside in the sun, this paste goes beautifully with umami-rich tomatoes. That’s why, as usually, our base here is thick tomato beer with smoke, salt, black pepper and garlic. This pleasantly spicy drink is a wonderful combination of century-old Asian culinary traditions and modern crazy craft brewing.
