Smuha: Mosaic DDH
Double New England IPA
We love Mosaic hops oh so much. This is a highly universal variety with a wide range of smells and tastes: from citrus fruit to berry and grassy notes. Mosaic fits great with the popular hazy IPA, where the emphasis is not on bitterness, but on flavor. We have added this hops to our Milkshake IPA and NEIPA a couple times, and here we go again. The new Smuha (“smuha” means “fog” in Belarusian) is a double hazy IPA, double dry hopped with Mosaic. Beer has an opaque yellow color, an expressive tropical smell and a rich warming taste with notes of mango, pineapple and lemon.
