Vietraź: Hrejpfrut i čorny kardamon

Despite it’s raining all day long, the sun will shine for us one day. And this is the new belgian witbier to keep us all going. In our Vietraz series we swipe the classic adjuncts — orange zest and coriander — with other citrus and spices. This time we used fresh white grapefruits to get that gentle citrus punch, and black cardamom, responsible for piney and smoky aromas. It’s as unconventional as it gets, while being as refreshing and juicy, as the classic witbier. Come get it while it lasts.
